Full job description: Quality Assurance

Zoni Quality Assurance experts play a crucial role in ensuring that our products or services meet and exceed established quality standards. They provide and maintain a comprehensive quality program for the control of quality that is acceptable to the policies and procedures of the organization. We require individuals who have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and make a positive impact.

Key tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies
- Conducting tests and inspections
- Identifying production, process, or product issues
- Presenting solutions
- Assigning and monitoring tickets
- Call monitoring and generating reports using audio/visual tools
- Checking the implementation of the quality system and conducting quality assurance audits
- Adhere to well-defined standards, procedures and checklists that reduce errors
- Identify call issues, compile data and store documentation appropriately
- Ensure to provide superior quality and customer service across all departments within the organization

Remote

AA or BA/BS degree (preferred)
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Attention to Detail
Precision and attention to detail in coding and design implementation.
Well-organized
Highly flexible and collaborative working extensively with other teams
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Black Belt in Six Sigma
